JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for setting up operating procedures and managing all business operations and customer experience personnel including:
1. Strategy & Business
Develop business plans and periodic operating budgets.
2. Operation
Develop and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensuring the highest quality of service and customer experience.
3. Human resources & organization
Recruiting, training and evaluating middle management and system-wide personnel.
Set up KPIs, reward and punishment mechanisms, and an effective internal promotion system.
Building a working culture: proactive, clear, transparent and responsible.
4. Finance & Control
Coordinate with accountant to monitor P&L, control cost of goods sold, labor cost and profit.
Monitor internal audit system periodically (quarterly/monthly).
5. Restaurant development
Contribute to brand development orientation
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations management (priority given to candidates who have managed Japanese restaurants)
Systemic thinking, systematic management and operation ability.
Leadership skills, communication, situation handling and crisis management
Knowing English and Chinese is an advantage
Understand customer psychology, have aesthetic sense of space & brand spirit.
