    • Manage and be responsible for all restaurant business operations, ensure high service standards and comply with operational regulations to improve customer service efficiency, build brand for the brand as well as boost revenue for the restaurant.
    • Human resource management, Training, Evaluation, Resource development
    • Financial & administrative management, goods, costs
    • Regularly meet and contact customers, coordinate with management levels to handle situations that arise at the restaurant.
    • Regularly provide feedback on quality & standards, send feedback to the Board of Directors
