Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan that includes digital marketing, advertising, community management, public relations, and brand strategy.
Lead and mentor a marketing team, establishing clear goals and managing project timelines to ensure a consistent release of high-quality content.
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
Manage client deals and requests while ensuring timely service delivery and quality.
Analyze and understand clients' business needs, providing strategic advisory services to meet their objectives.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Develop and manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) and key performance metrics (KPIs).
Manage and oversee events, webinars, and industry events, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
Facilitate partnerships and sponsorships that align with our brand and broaden our reach.
