Job Description

Job Description:

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand DG1's customer base in Vietnam.
Identify and approach potential customers, understanding their challenges and business goals.
Present and introduce the DG1 platform, emphasizing features and benefits to meet customer needs.
Build, train, manage and coach a high performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting edge solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, proposals and reports to clients and management.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure team goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in Vietnam.
Conduct needs assessments for potential customers and propose appropriate solutions using the DG1 platform.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.

Request:

University graduate in related major.
Extensive experience in sales management, especially in the field of SaaS software or online business solutions.
Ability to design and implement customized solutions for customers.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and creative problem solving.
At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, including 3 years in a management position. Passionate, self-driven and a high performer.
Proficient in CRM and analytics tools.
Leadership, management and team training skills.
