JOB DETAILS: The company is seeking a candidate for a position responsible for guiding, monitoring, and conducting periodic internal factory audits on Corporate Social Responsibility, C-TPAT security standards, and other standards. The candidate will also be responsible for factory inspections, representing the company in training courses, and working directly with clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Instruct, monitor, and conduct periodic internal factory audits on the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, C-TPAT security standards, and other applicable standards at the company to ensure that all departments understand and comply with the standards.
- Responsible for the company's factory inspection (social responsibility, safety, and other customer-related aspects).
- Company representatives participate in training courses and external meetings as assigned by clients and superiors, and stay updated on new client information, regulations, and standards.
- Establish systems and procedures to comply with customer requirements regarding social responsibility, safety, and other quality standards.
- Greeting customers, working directly with customers, and acting as a bridge between the company and its customers.
- Responsible for conducting audits on social responsibility, safety, security, product quality, and other aspects for clients: receiving them, providing documentation, recording results, and reporting on improvements after the audit.
- Perform other tasks as required by your supervisor.
REQUEST: In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: Communication skills, customer relations skills, and negotiation skills.
In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Management, Security, and Human Resources Management.
