- Manage human resources and operate the work of the Warehouse Department
- Receive information about import and export goods, organize delivery and export arrangements
- Fulfill orders, organize delivery to customers
- Mainly responsible for inventory data
- Arrange warehouse goods properly, ensure quantity control, ensure safety, fire prevention, and ensure 5S standards.
- Make periodic inventory plans, prepare inventory difference reports and be responsible for explaining the causes of inventory differences.
- Prepare and provide a full set of legal documents regarding goods for all stores
- Update and compare actual inventory data and software regularly to promptly detect and handle discrepancies, if any.
- Monitor inventory limits at the general warehouse and at stores, plan to transfer goods to stores.
- Monitor and report long-term inventory and goods with reduced quality during storage to have a handling plan.
- Monitor budget implementation and optimize operating costs
- Periodic inventory reports.
