-General management: 1 Supervisor, 1 Coordinator, 1 Warehouse Accountant, 4 Goods Approval Team Leaders and 8 warehouse staff + 4 delivery motorbikes. As for trucks, they are rented from a third party that does not manage them.
- Supplementing operations, monitoring and coordinating orders, and the process of storing and exporting goods that have been available for more than 10 years to ensure warehouse operations from the time of importing goods to the time of exporting goods. Average 50-70 orders per day.
- Warehouse specializing in household appliances, homes, mothers and babies... 600 product codes, of which 30 codes operate continuously every import and export day.
- Communicate with the sales department and the boss about the warehouse's overall work when problems arise. Organize the distribution of personnel work in the warehouse.
