Job Description

1. Ensure sales targets
- Check and monitor the implementation of sales targets, reward targets, marketing targets... weekly to urge PG to complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly targets...
- Plan, implement, and take responsibility for sales targets and assigned targets
Team management
- Manage and supervise the PG team on sales and marketing activities
- Recruit and train all tasks from the job description
2. Customers and markets
- Always be a role model for PG in terms of customer contact process, sales process, exploiting potential new customers...
- Monitor and observe the customer contact process and sales process of each PG, synthesize the contact and sales processes, provide solutions, improve contact and sales methods afterwards. train .
- Understand clearly how to make a sales plan (Call plan) with PG, then orient new customer development for PG to increase customer coverage in each area.
