WORK CONTENT
- Advise and propose effective human resource management strategies and human resource planning. Implement human resource development programs to accompany the Company's vision, mission and core values.
- Responsible for organizing personnel recruitment and selecting personnel in accordance with the Company's business strategy in each period.
- Develop and update rules, regulations, procedures and professional forms. Ensure systematicity and monitor compliance with regulations throughout the company. Synthesize, analyze and periodically report to the Board of Directors all human resources work at the Company
- Building organizational structure and management apparatus; Planning the functions and tasks of departments and individuals in the company.
- Build capacity frameworks, job descriptions, and performance evaluation indicators for each position at the Company.
- Develop plans, deploy and monitor the implementation process; Analyze, evaluate and report human resources recruitment results. Develop training and career development roadmaps for positions.
- Content planning, analysis and identification of needs; Develop human resource plans, estimate personnel training budgets and ensure resources for administration and management to ensure compliance with the proposed plan.
- Review and update income policies, welfare regimes, and disciplinary reward regulations. Organize commendation, discipline and honor exemplary examples. Ensure labor relations, system compliance, and legal compliance related to human resource administrative work are properly implemented.
- Organize events and internal communication programs, develop company culture; Ensure spiritual and cultural life for company employees.
- Some other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
