Work content:
- Deploy, monitor, manage and implement business goals at Hubs/Warehouses/Freight forwarding centers in regions/districts/provinces.
- Proactively resolve issues that arise at the Hub/Warehouse/Freight forwarding center (if any)
- Supervise, assign work to the team, provide implementation solutions & monitor to achieve the set KPIs, monitor compliance with the Goods Handling Process.
- Training and guidance on professional skills and related tasks for employees in the Hub/Warehouse/Freight Forwarding Center department
- Manage, maintain and develop relationships with partners.
- Build, develop and manage the Management team & delivery staff of the Hub/Freight Forwarding Center to ensure the best results are achieved.
- Some other work-related tasks as requested by superiors.

Experience :
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in operations supervision OR candidates with experience working in the Express Delivery industry...
- Having gone through training and content guidance is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and do Teamwork.
- Age: 24 years old - 35 years old
