The IT Project Manager is an essential role in the competitive code development industry. He/She are in charge of managing frontend, backend, fullstack or software development teams, along with keeping track with the project's progress and communicating efficiently to clients to understand their requirements, and explain them to developers.
Responsibilities
- Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure;
- Define project scope and objectives;
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports;
- Ensure software development standards and practices are followed;
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle;
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders;
- Take part in the talent selection process for the company as a functional interviewer, take initiative in improving reporting, processes, workflow and outcomes.
