    Job description
    • Arrange the store's work schedule, monitor and evaluate the capacity of each store employee.
    • Instruct all store employees under their management to perform daily tasks
    • Information for Store Manager / Sales Manager about sales of new products, customer preferences, and the capacity of employees in the store.
    • Manage, collect customer information and perform well after-sales service
    • Directly participate in in-store sales.
    • Manage and control goods, data and store operations to accomplish assigned goals
    Job requirements
    • Have leadership style, know how to manage human resources, goods and sales.
    • Confident, dynamic, passionate to learn and have the spirit to overcome difficulties.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in managing Fashion stores or retail stores.
    • Graduated from Intermediate level or higher, using computers, proficient, good-looking and interested in working in the fashion industry.
    • Able to work under pressure, eager to learn and ambitious.
