Job Description

Monitor and supervise issues related to store costs, revenue and profits.
Evaluate the effectiveness of which products are selling well and which are in stock to boost store sales.
Make recommendations for improving product quality.
Understand campaigns to advise and support customers during the purchasing process.
Report directly to management on sales status and recommend strategies to drive sales.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are processed according to procedures.
Receive feedback and directly resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other staff and departments in the store to ensure customer care processes are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Manage and perform import - export - inventory activities in the store.
Conduct inventory and report on the quantity of exported, imported and remaining goods periodically.
Organize and arrange goods scientifically, reasonably, easy for goods management.
Ensure product display to suit and stimulate customer shopping needs better.
Ensure shopping space complies with store regulations.
Ensure hygiene and facilities of the store.
Coordinate with the recruitment department and make plans regarding the number of staff needed in the store.
Directly participate in the recruitment and evaluation process of potential candidates for the store.
Provide necessary training and skills training to store staff.
Allocate job positions, arrange work schedules/shifts.
