    Job description:

    • Organize and promote in-store sales activities
    • Manage, train and develop sales staff
    • Take care of customers and create good relationships
    • Manage goods and ensure product quality
    • Cooperate with the Marketing department to deploy advertising and customer care strategies
    • Participate in surveys and market research
    • Contribute to the development of store policies and operating procedures
    • Prepare periodic reports and extraordinary reports as required
