Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Store Operations Management and Operation: Ensure store operations run smoothly, efficiently and achieve revenue targets.
Staff management: Coordinate with HR to plan for store personnel, train, and assign work to store staff. Ensure staff are always fully trained and meet professional standards.
Customer Care: Create a friendly, professional shopping environment, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory Control: Monitor and ensure adequate stock, conduct inventory and track import/export of goods.
Ensure compliance: Ensure the store operates in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies.
Revenue reporting: Monitor and report business performance, revenue, expenses and other metrics to superiors.
Store financial management: Ensure budget balance, effectively manage operating costs.
Implement promotions and marketing programs: Implement promotional campaigns to promote the store's products.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Male - Female 18 years and older
Good communication in speaking and writing, quick problem solving and responsible in work
Love fashion, learn and update the latest fashion trends.
Proficient in using social networking applications and e-commerce platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, etc. (priority given to those who are good at office software)
Priority is given to those with a clear development orientation and a desire to stick with the Brand.

BENEFITS POLICY:

Income: from 8 million to over 18 million VND, annual bonuses, depending on business situation and work results (Basic salary + recruitment KPI).
Probationary salary is 85% of official salary.

Working time: 2 days off per month
Morning shift: 08:30– 16:30
Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00
