Job Description

Position: Branch Manager - Store Manager
Direct management: Company Operations Manager, Branch Owner
Number of management staff: 06-12 employees (including part-time)
Work location: At the Branch

Manage daily operations
Ensuring business efficiency
Human resource management and development
Ensure quality customer service
Financial and inventory management
Product quality management
Reporting and Analysis
Ensure regulatory compliance
