Job Description

Job details

Supervise and arrange staff/Guard positions during shifts.
Carry out tasks assigned by superiors.
Submit daily revenue.
Take care of personnel in accordance with company regulations and store rules.
Ensure good service, customer experience, clean store area.
CHECK/REPORT daily activities and inventory of all employees.
Update procedures/change regulations for implementation and information to the store (If any).
Make documentary reports at the end of the day, coordinate with Key to make weekly reports according to regulations.
Control and preserve Raw Materials/equipment at the store.
Receive new employees and conduct training at the store.
Receive information from SM and bring it to the store.
Order daily (ice, fruit)
Receive and resolve customer complaints during shifts.
Receive/and check orders at the store.

Candidate requirements

Have experience of over 12 months in a similar position.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in the F&B industry
Respect discipline, communicate and negotiate well
Priority is given to those who want to have a long-term relationship

Right

In addition to the fixed salary, there are also ranges:
Bonus bonus, KPI bonus
