1. Manage the sales staff in the store you are responsible for:
- Schedule shifts, guide and train staff (sales skills, filleting procedures, inventory control, cashiering, etc.)
- Inspect, monitor, and evaluate the work attitude of employees.
2. Monitor, supervise, and directly carry out sales activities at the store:
- Directly advise customers on sales, and be responsible for controlling goods and cash at the store.
- Proactively manage merchandise display and plan inventory for the store.
- Monitor and propose measures to handle inventory, near-expiry goods, etc., and promote sales to ensure sales targets are met.
- Conduct market research and study customer preferences in the region to propose measures to boost sales.
3. Store Management:
- Ensure security, food safety and hygiene at the store.
- Responsible for controlling electricity, water, and other expenses at the store.
- Responsible for all operations and matters at the store under the supervision of the Area Manager.
