Job description:

Manage store operations and business activities.
Plan and implement business strategies and in-store promotions.
Monitor inventory and recommend imports to suit customer needs.
Human resource management and staff training.
Ensure quality customer service before, during and after purchase.
Build and maintain a loyal customer base, drive sales through customer care and encourage repeat purchases.
Monitor the implementation of warranty and return policies according to company regulations.
Control store revenue, expenses and profits.
Prepare sales and inventory reports to send to the Board of Directors weekly/monthly.
