- Monitor employee work schedules and adjust to meet customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, image and professional working environment in the salon.
2. Human resource management
- Recruit, train and develop staff (hairdressers, customer service, receptionists, marketing, etc.).
- Support and resolve personnel related issues.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
3. Customer care
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, listen to their opinions and handle their feedback.
- Ensuring the customer experience is always of a high standard, from the moment they enter the salon until they leave.
- Handle customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
4. Financial and goods management
- Manage income and expenditure, report daily/weekly/monthly revenue.
- Control and order goods (hair care products, working tools), ensure stable supply and quality.
- Optimize operating costs, avoid waste.
5. Marketing and business development
- Propose strategies to attract new customers and retain old customers.
- Advise the Board of Directors on promotions, discounts or special offers
- Propose new ideas to improve service and expand customer base.
- Follow hair trends and implement new services and techniques into the salon.
6. Quality management
- Establish and maintain quality standards.
- Build detailed work processes for each service (haircut, perm, dye,...).
- Set quality assessment criteria for each service.
- Ensure that all employees understand and comply with these standards.
