Nghiên cứu và thực hiện các chỉ tiêu kỹ thuật, bản vẽ, quy trình của phần thân tàu.
Thực hiện kiểm tra vật liệu đầu vào và áp dụng thử nghiệm nếu cần thiết.
Phản hồi sự không phù hợp cho trưởng nhóm QC và thông báo về các khuyết tật nếu cần.
Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu công việc và thực hiện.
Chuẩn bị các báo cáo kiểm tra và tài liệu QC / Chứng từ hàng hóa.
Để chuẩn bị Biểu mẫu Yêu cầu (RF) cho các dịch vụ do bên thứ ba thực hiện và giám sát các hoạt động của họ.
Hướng dẫn và đào tạo nhân viên mới của bộ phận QC nếu cần thiết.
Chuẩn bị đặc điểm kỹ thuật quy trình hàn (WPS), kế hoạch kiểm tra và thử nghiệm (ITP), kế hoạch Kiểm tra không phá hủy (NDT) cho dự án nếu được yêu cầu.
Liên hệ với Tổ chức xã hội để kiểm tra WPS, kiểm tra trình độ và chứng chỉ thợ hàn, kiểm tra vật liệu, chạy thử và thử nghiệm trên biển nếu được yêu cầu hoặc bất kỳ hoạt động nào khác của bên thứ ba.
Hàng ngày đi thăm xưởng, kiểm tra, kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm.
Đề xuất phương pháp sửa chữa nếu có sai sót về chất lượng sản phẩm.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong nội bộ.
Nâng cao ý thức làm việc của công nhân và nhân viên.
Thực hiện các công việc NDT cần thiết và kiểm tra báo cáo NDT từ các Nhà thầu phụ.
