    Job Description

    Job Description:

    • Manage and operate plastic injection molding manufacturing operations
    • Collaborate with engineering team to optimize plastic injection mold design
    • Training of staff such as operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of plastic injection molds
    • Improve technology, machinery and equipment to increase production efficiency
    • Handle problems arising from defective products, ensure product quality
    • Participate in meetings to report on production status and customer requests to BOD.

    Request

    • College graduate
    • At least 03 years of experience in management at plastic injection site
    • Experienced in operating plastic injection machines, knowledgeable about plastics and plastic injection molds
    • Foreign language English or Japanese
    • Ability to lead and solve problems
    • Have statistical skills
    • Proficient in Excel
