    Job Description

    • Managing the cutting workshop.
    • Plan cutting for product codes depending on shipment schedule.
    • Check the diagram, pattern and work related to the cutting team to ensure the work of the cutting team is smooth.
    • Receive and execute work orders according to schedule from planning department
    • Coordinate planning, production, pattern and related departments to implement the assigned plan
    • In charge of the cutting team and responsible to the leadership for the quality of the cutting table
    • Managing the cutting team: training new employees, guiding and arranging work for each worker in the group
    • Knowledge of fabrics, diagrams, printing, embroidery, cutting... and work related to the department. Supervising and checking the work of each employee in the team;
    • Comply with SOP, factory rules.
    • Other tasks as assigned by management.
