    Job Description

    • Build a sales plan.
    • Responsible for the region's revenue according to assigned targets.
    • Training/ Checking/ Supervising/ Supporting the Sales development team (including SD, Telesales, Pharmacists) of the area such as: sales, opening points, market control, customer care.
    • Resolve issues arising in assigned areas/regions, guide/support staff in daily work.
    • Survey and evaluate the market to provide solutions to contribute to the company's development.
    • Report work results to direct manager, according to Company regulations.
    • Customer development orientation according to company development orientation
    • Responsible for assigned goods and equipment.
    • Responsible for the region's debt and customer debt in the region. (if any)
    • Increase Coverage and Expand Assigned Markets
    • Orientation and development for sales team. Management and building professional sales team.
    • Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors
