Build production process
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop production processes, quality management processes for raw materials, supplies, products, etc.
- Disseminate and guide the contents of the process so that subordinates and workers know and can implement it.
Production planning
- Establishing production strategies and plans within the overall company plan transferred by the Planning and Engineering department;
- Based on the assigned master plan, the manager proceeds to make detailed daily/weekly/monthly production plans, ensuring that requirements on norms, progress and quality are met;
- Based on actual production situation, coordinate with HR department to recruit additional workers if necessary;
- Announce and implement production plans so that workers are informed.
Implement production plan
- Implement, control and evaluate the plans put forward;
- Direct and monitor the product manufacturing process from receiving raw materials to mixing, packaging and shipping finished products.
- Organize daily work assignments for workers in production shifts; Control and evaluate the work performance of each worker, promptly have solutions to overcome any problems that arise;
- Guide and urge workers to work in accordance with technological processes, progress, and quality requirements;
- Balance production capacity among teams within the workshop under your management; proactively propose solutions to increase production efficiency;
- Responsible to superiors for production status, progress and standards.
- Find out the cause and propose solutions for cases of poor quality products (coordinate with QC department/ product development department, quality assurance)
Production management and cost control
- Build and control production processes, manage production workshops;
- Control costs and reduce waste in production (raw materials, supplies; human resources and other costs)
- Use support tools to optimize production costs;
- Understand quality management systems applicable to different types of production;
- Establish and operate a comprehensive quality management system.
Management of materials, machinery, semi-finished products, finished products
- Responsible for coordinating with the HR Department and the Electromechanical Department to deploy and manage all machinery, equipment, raw materials, finished goods, semi-finished products, etc. in the production workshop under his/her charge;
- Directly or coordinate the inspection of the usage and operation of machinery and equipment and promptly detect damage, notify relevant departments for handling so as not to greatly affect production progress;
- Propose the purchase of new equipment to replace machinery and equipment that are no longer usable;
- Ensure raw materials, supplies, semi-finished products and finished products are arranged in the correct place, according to technical standards, to avoid damage.
