    • Support training activity for engineers
    (Support training activities for engineers)
    • Set up schedule, meetings, office organization
    (Arrange schedules, meetings, and office work)
    • Support Managers/Engineers for processing procedures, business trips, etc.
    (Support managers/engineers with workflow and business trips,)
    • Manage documents, databases, office supplies, assets, etc.
    (Manage records, data, stationery, company assets)
    • Translate documents if required (English-Vietnamese)
    (Translate English to Vietnamese if required)
    • Other administration jobs assigned by Director
    (Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Director)

    Job requirement
    • University graduate
    (College graduate)
    • Good command of English
    (Proficient in English reading, writing emails, basic communication)
    • Good computing skills (e-mail, making documents with MS Office)
    (Proficient in computer skills (email, word processing with Microsoft Office))
    • Having more than 1 year office work experience is a plus.
    (At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is an advantage.)

    INTEREST
    • Salary: VND 10,395,000/month + 13th month salary
    • Annual leave and Social insurance in full
    • Working from Mon to Fri, 8AM 5PM
    • Place of work: 30,31a, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan WA, Tan Thuan Dong, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
