Job description:
- Receive order information from Japanese mail, check against plan
- Balance raw materials according to documents sent by Japan and check with inventory (if any) to see if there is enough or not, always in the spirit of quick communication to provide timely production on schedule.
- Work with suppliers in Vietnam to order the right quality, type, quantity, and deadline.
- Update import-export-inventory data in the management file.
- Prepare raw materials for sewing samples....
- In addition, other tasks as directed by superiors.
Request :
- Gender: Female
- Age: 26 years old and above
- Graduated or have a certificate in a field related to the job.
- Knows computer, Japanese proficiency N3 or higher, communicates with customers via Japanese email.
- Priority is given to those with experience in garment industry materials management.
- No experience required.
Working hours: Monday~Saturday (8:00~17:00), 2 Saturdays off/month

2. JAPANESE MATERIALS MANAGER: From 13 million and up (negotiable during interview depending on ability)
