* Employee management.
- Arrange weekly work schedules for employees.
- Supervise employees to comply with company regulations and work procedures.
- Check and monitor the attitude and working spirit of each employee under your management.

- Based on customer needs, evaluate and comment on new fashion trends and compare with the store's products to propose new directions and new product plans for the company.
- Manage the number of VIP customers who regularly shop at the store: account, VIP Card code, interests, name, age, date of birth, address... and notify them of the latest information about the company's products (can guide the sales staff).

- Pay money and invoices to the company according to regulations.
- Make periodic reports (daily reports, weekly reports) for the sales department.
- Coordinate with marketing department to implement promotional programs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
