Work content:
- Meet and communicate with customers to discuss and define their requirements
- Work with partners to come up with a campaign that fits the client's needs, ideas and budget.
- Brief (work report) for the media department, design team, research, production team and support to build the strategy for the event.
- Act as a communication bridge between customers and the company by regularly communicating with both sides, ensuring effective communication:
- Communicate with customers and company employees about the details of the event.
- Receive products from the implementation team and exchange with customers. Get their feedback as well as advise Customers on the right and reasonable course of action
- Communicate with the implementation team to improve the product and make the customer satisfied with the product quality
- Build proposal, meet and present to clients about campaign ideas and budget to achieve contract.
- Develop work plans, reports and forecasts on issues related to project implementation, utilization and allocation of project personnel.
- Take on a part or participate in the whole campaign.
- Manage the project you are responsible for.
- Prepare reports to monitor progress and commitment, weekly campaign metrics.
- Use tracking research tools to make statistics and periodic reports

- No age or degree requirements
- Good English communication (to support foreign clients)
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of events, media in a similar position
- Candidates send documents of events done (such as ideas, scripts, ..)
