Job Description:
- Support sales work, perform tasks assigned by sales and superiors
- Make quotes for customers, place orders with suppliers, track delivery progress, track inventory, and customer payments
- Make reports as required by superiors & other office work
Teamsize: 3 sales in HCM + 1 Japanese Sales Manager, 2 sales in Hanoi + back office
Requirement:
+ Female, 24 - 28 years old
+ Know English (work regularly with foreign partners)
+ From 1 year experience as sales admin/ sales assistant
+ College/University graduate
+ Sociable, friendly, willing to listen, responsible for work
+ Priority if you know Japanese, have experience working in a trading company in the same field
