Job Description:
Interact with customers to capture needs, analyze needs, propose solutions and implement projects.
Create and review development documents such as requirements definition, screen design, and conceptual design.
Be a bridge between customers and development department.
Work with the development team lead to plan, manage projects and track progress.
Perform quality control, risk management and other issues management.
Request
Education: University. Age: 25-35 years old
Language: Japanese N2-N1 (Hard communication)
2 years of BrSE (Bridge Systems Engineer) practical experience or at least 6 years of IT communications practical experience
Good communication skills, documentation and presentation skills
Ability to effectively organize tasks and plans to complete work on time
Ability to research, propose solutions and take action to solve new problems or difficult problems that arise during work
Flexible working time: 8:00~17:00 (Core time: 9:00~15:00) Flex working time available (core time: 9:00-15:00)
