    Job Description

    • Compare the inspected materials with the document standards (material composition, fabric roll length, fabric width, weight,...)
    • Check according to 4-point standard.
    • Cotton, mex, and cotton check the quality of the roll head ingredients (Instructions included)
    • Use the original color chart to compare with the actual fabric received, and divide the fabric color into each color/tone (use a color scanner to check).
    • Use the machine to check for errors on the fabric surface (yarn cores, knots, loose threads, blurred warps, dirty stains,...)
    • Statistics on fabric errors, comparing 4-point standards to evaluate material quality status, % material consumption due to errors. Work with relevant units to take corrective measures, notify customers, give solutions and report to management on fabric quality status.
    • Other tasks as assigned by department management.
