Job Description
Test planning and strategy:
- Discuss project requirements to plan and develop detailed test strategies for the test team.
- Negotiate with all parties when problems arise
- Based on the project situation, make appropriate recommendations to increase the size and quality of the project.
Testing and evaluation:
- Participate in testing multiple product development projects of varying sizes.
- Perform testing on different types of products, applying different testing techniques and testing software.
- Write test cases, create detailed test data for projects to control the quality of all product applications.
- Perform testing of functions, operations, and applicability of products.
- Report and confirm bugs that arise.
- Review test documents, execute test scenarios.
- Control and monitor test results to ensure project quality.
- Monitor, control and evaluate project risks.
Candidate requirements
Experience and expertise:
- Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Tester/QA.
- Experienced in testing: Web, DB, API.
- Japanese N3 or higher, good reading and writing English.
- Have knowledge of software testing such as testing phases (Unit test, Integration test, Functional test, System test, Acceptance test,...) and testing techniques.
- Ability to create related documents such as (test plan, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, test reports)
- Ability to use SQL query statements, experience working with databases.
- Ability to read, understand and confirm project Specifications.

- Willing to learn and develop professional knowledge and update new trends and technologies in the field of software testing
- Ability to work under pressure and keep deadlines.
