JOB DETAILS
-Work, contact customers and resolve arising issues
- Check and supervise work assignment for employees, guide and train new workers
-Work as required by the Board of Directors
- Overall responsibility for the work efficiency of the QA department
-Report and advise the Director on the quality of raw materials, products in production and pre-inspection and packaging.
-Handle quality problems of input materials and finished products.
-Responsible for monitoring and testing samples, announcing product quality.
- Organize supervision and inspection of product quality during the production process, request implementation of measures to overcome and prevent production incidents that affect product quality.

- Check and monitor the implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality activities in departments, ensuring the implementation process complies with the Company's applicable standards.
- Internal assessment, inspection and self-inspection of the entire Company system according to applicable standards. Advise departments on preventive measures.
-Advising the Board of Directors on the quality management system and organizing, managing and supervising the Company's quality management system.
- Develop quality objectives and policies and implement those quality policies in the department.
-Monitor customer complaints and identify customer reactions related to product quality.
-Ensure that measuring equipment and means are always maintained and in good working order.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University in garment technology and at least 3 years of experience in quality management (QA/QC) in the garment industry
- Or have more than 5 years of experience in garment quality management (QA/QC)
- Good at using office computer, reading and understanding English documents
- Customer service skills.
- Priority: candidates who can communicate well in English or Korean
