    Job Description

    SCOPE OF WORK:

    • Plan, track and manage the progress of projects from initiation to completion.
    • Coordinate with Japanese customers to understand requirements and ensure that requirements are properly implemented.
    • Manage development, design and QA teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality requirements.
    • Proactively address issues that arise, including project risks, changing requirements, and technical challenges.
    • Create and manage project documents, including plans, progress reports, and customer requirements documentation.
    • Ensure effective and timely communication with Japanese clients, regular reporting on project status.
    • Adjust and optimize development processes to ensure peak performance for projects.
    • Ensure compliance with security and quality requirements when developing solutions for the Japanese market.

    REQUEST

    Must have

    • 3-5 years of project management experience, especially in outsourcing or IT.
    • In-depth understanding of project management processes, from planning, execution to control and completion.
    • Experience working with Japanese clients and understanding of Japanese business culture is a big plus.
    • Good communication skills in English or Japanese (ability to communicate directly with Japanese customers is a plus).
    • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience working with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
    • Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
    • Ability to problem solve creatively and proactively manage project risks.

    Nice to have

    • Project management experience for the Japanese market.
    • Project management related certification such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent.
    • Experience working in outsourcing company with foreign customers.

    REGIME

    • Salary: up to 50M
    • Performance review: monthly; opportunity to improve monthly income
    • Year-end bonus: 13th month salary: Based on actual working time in the year + Bonus;

    WORKING TIME - LOCATION

    • Time: flexible attendance (check in from 8am-9am, check out from 5:15pm-6:15pm), Monday - Friday; closed on weekends.
