Manage project personnel as arranged by the Company.
Ensure and control project management related work including: planning, progress monitoring and quality management to ensure project implementation is in accordance with plan.
Control and handle incidents, problems, risks and changes in the project.
Follow up the project to deliver the product to the customer.
Be the direct contact point with onsiter, customers and related departments.
Responsible for managing project resources: motivating, orienting development and evaluating the quality of work of project members.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in offshore/outsourcing project management, priority given to those with experience managing projects with a scale of >10 employees.
Japanese proficiency (equivalent to N2).
Good work management skills, process monitoring and flexibility in problem solving.
Ability to build teams and organizations.
Highly proactive at work and able to withstand pressure well.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum model.
Technical: Experienced in Java/ ReactJS/ .Net/ PHP languages
