Job Description

Participate in project management with a minimum team size of 3 people or more
Receive project assignments from department heads and plan implementation
Communicate directly with customers and stakeholders during implementation
Manage progress, quality, manage project team members, effectively use allocated resources
Directly direct and implement project work to ensure project success on 3 core factors (Quality, Cost and Progress)
Report and propose solutions to problems and risks to the department head

Obligatory

University degree (or equivalent) in IT - Software
Japanese from N2 or higher (Good conversation skills)
Have at least 1 year of experience in project management with a team size of at least 5 people

Priority (if any)

Experienced in software outsourcing for the Japanese market
PMP/ACP certified and willing to travel abroad
Have knowledge of best practices in developing and deploying web software projects using Java & Spring Framework in the fields of ERP, CRM, Finance solutions etc..
Experienced in managing projects according to different models such as Agile, Waterfall
Ability to perform estimation
