Project Delivery Manager (PDM) at Mobio is responsible for implementing projects for business customers, participating from the Presales (consulting) stage to Deployment and ensuring the Solution brings value to Customers. Depending on the scale, Mid level PDM will be responsible independently or in coordination with other PDMs and/or PDAs (Associates) in the project management and implementation process.
1/Presales (30%)
• Coordinate with Sales to close the deal: consult, survey and analyze business and technical aspects.
• Coordinate meetings to discuss with customers.
• Demo products, exploit needs and advise on solutions.
• Screen customer requirements, coordinate with Product Team and SA to evaluate solutions, feasibility and workload.
• Implement proposals, bids, finalize contracts, and make payments.
2/ Project Delivery (65%)
• Promote the project throughout the process of initiation, implementation, completion and operation, ensuring the solution brings value to customers.
• Implement and manage projects during implementation, with a focus on expectation management, communication/communication and problem solving skills.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure customers operate the system smoothly after the end of the project, achieve goals and participate in improving the operating process to achieve the initially targeted value.
3/General development (5%)
• Participate in developing processes, documents, and training to contribute to improving the capacity of the team and the organization.

• Have 3 years of project management experience in the technology field, no degree or IT/technical expertise required (because project management at Mobio emphasizes communication, consulting, and facilitation capabilities). coordinate, manage stakeholders' expectations... instead of directing specific technical work).
• Be proactive in work, open and adapt well to change.
• Understanding of business, Marketing, Sales, and Service operations of the enterprise is an advantage, serving in consulting and applying solutions to customers.

o English – intermediate
• Income: 20 - 30 million/month, including fixed salary and project-based commission; 13th month salary.
