Job Description

CAREER ROADMAP:

Junior ERP Consultant :

Learn ERP knowledge and participate in implementation, upgrade, or daily support projects

Gain understanding of business processes, industry best practices, ERP products, and enterprise solutions

+1 Year Experience :

After gaining experience, you will specialize in one of the following tracks:

SAP Financial Consultant

Design and define detailed financial systems

Map business processes into the SAP ecosystem to ensure strategic alignment

Production & Planning Consultant

Help manage and optimize production planning processes

Combine communication skills and broad business knowledge for consulting

Technical Consultant

Handle technical aspects of S/4HANA (installation, customization, integration)

Work closely with clients to understand technical needs and deliver tailored solutions

You will gain valuable insights and experience working with business owners and major corporations on projects with millions of users worldwide

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, configure, and customize SAP/ERP solutions

Research and develop effective ERP solutions for clients

Provide user training and support, ensure customer satisfaction

Analyze reports and resolve issues related to system implementation

Use related tools and methodologies to deliver solutions

Full job scope will be discussed during interviews

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors or Masters degree

Japanese: N1 level + basic English (or upper N2 + good English)

23 years of experience in one of the following areas:

IT (IT com, BrSE, QA, PM...)

Accounting / Purchasing / Sales / Logistics at a Japanese company or corporation

Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and organizational skills

Willingness to undergo professional training

Preferred (not mandatory):

ERP/SAP consulting experience at a Japanese company

Graduated from a university in Japan

Work experience in manufacturing/logistics/accounting in Japan

Experience working at large corporations
