    Job Description

    Job details
    • In charge of payment solutions, digital finance (lending solutions)
      Identify market opportunities, vision and develop appropriate product strategy.
    • Monitor and analyze system data, customer behavior & feedback to suggest innovative solutions/optimal product upgrades.
    • Work closely with Sales and Partners to form insights into target customers and recommend product action plans to achieve business goals.
    • Participating in the product development process including: market research, idea generation, prototype design, building and tracking/monitoring of business results
    • Building product development requirements, managing backlogs helps the development team to properly and fully understand the product feature requirements.
      Coordinate with project members in the product development process to achieve the set goals.
      Monitor product operation closely, analyze data and user feedback to measure product performance and make necessary adjustments to improve and optimize as needed.
    • Coordinate with training units to guide users on products

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • University graduate, major in related field.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position as Product Owner/ Business Analyst/ Financial product sales
    • Being quick to grasp new trends, participating in activities or using many social media platforms is an advantage.
    • Have knowledge of product design, UI/UX understand the software development process
    • Knowledge in the field of intermediary payment and fintech or banking and finance
    • The ability to work with corporate customers, grasp the needs of individual customers, the ability to negotiate and make decisions.
    • Ability to analyze data and maintain logic.
    • Experience in trading financial products is an advantage.
    • Basic understanding of prototyping languages such as Figma, Axure, Miro...
    • English can read and understand specialized documents.
