- Project implementation
- Support B2C (Paave), B2B projects (Securities or financial institution) following the company's decision
- Perform requirements analysis and provide solutions to potential problems
- Work with the Product Manager and related departments in the product development process and effectively control the progress of the work

Skills
Must Have (Common)
- Ability to show initiative, a positive attitude and be extremely motivated
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Vietnamese
- Must be a self-starter and have a passion for Business Analyst
For Channel (Mobile/Web) part
- An eye for UI/UX design (mobile app, website)
- Managing product road maps and releases
- Work closely with Product Design and Devs to specify requirements via Jira/Confluence
- Support QA team to test
- Researching customer experiences and demands
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
For the Backend API part
- Understanding about APIs and the application of APIs in software development. A plus is having previous experience in API development.
- Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements to identify solutions for potential issues.
- Testing APIs using Postman or Swagger
- Proficient in basic SQL
- Know how to spec Software requirements, Function Requirements
- Managing the development process to meet the initial plan using Jira and Confluence.
- Communicate with developers daily to make sure things stay on track.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and documentation
