    Job Description

    Job details
    • Plan and build a software process system according to the Company's projects. Through the application of management processes or standard processes according to the company's regulations and operating methods;
    • Control the implementation process of products/projects related to software product/project processes and documents;
    • Plan, monitor, control and report issues related to the Product/Project Process Assurance;
    • Monitor project progress to ensure it is on schedule. Remind and warn the Project Team Leader and project due date of the task;
    • Conduct periodic Internal Audits, check, remind and ensure these approved processes and procedures are applied correctly and accurately internally.
    • Collect and analyze data to evaluate weekly/monthly quality indicators of products/projects;
    • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to manage and control the quality of software products/projects;
    • Warn of risks and provide preventive measures during product/project development;
    • Participate and support the assessment teams to re-certify PCI, ISO, and Ministry of Information and Communications - Department of Information Security certificates annually.
    • Participate in the process of building and improving internal processes
    • Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager and Company Board of Directors.

    Candidate requirements
    • Profession: At least 1 year of experience in the field of software project process quality assurance (Process Quality Assuarance - PQA).
    • Knowledge of software development process, understanding of project management.
    • Priority is given to those with project management related certificates. Or ITIL, PQA certificates are an advantage.
    • Good communication and time management skills
    • Love quality management work
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • English: Able to communicate in English, able to read and understand technical documents and IT products in English
    • Have a solid skill base and extensive expertise in the application process and progress systems being undertaken.
    • Skills, thinking ability, organization and implementation
    • Skills in research, statistical analysis and monitoring of data and documents.
    • Independent working skills, problem solving, handling, teamwork, leadership skills, flexible communication between rigidity and softness when needed.
