Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team in the metallurgy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current production processes using data analysis and real-world evidence to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Production Operations, R&D, and Quality Control departments to understand their requirements and translate them into precise operational machine parameters and settings.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop logical and effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of process specifications, methodologies, and improvements.
- Train and support production staff in understanding new processes and operational parameters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance production processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of mechanical principles, electronics, and operating techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and principles within the metallurgy industry.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and coordination, with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Proven experience in optimizing production processes and improving improvements based on collected data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
Salary: Negotiable based on ability
Working hours:08:30-17:30 from Monday to Saturday
