Job Description
- The representative of the Owner organizes the implementation of the Owner's resolutions and decisions;
- Make decisions on issues regarding the company's business activities;
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of the company's business and investment plans;
- Negotiating and signing economic contracts on behalf of the company;
- Representing the company in dealings with foreign partners in the North American and Asian markets; Utilize existing relationships to create a database of customers who are North American and Asian businesses looking to expand their market;
- To serve as the focal point for establishing the company's membership or strategic partnership with other trade promotion organizations in Vietnam, such as Amcham, Icham, and Cancham;
- Every year, participate in and represent the company at international events, exhibitions, and fairs in Ottawa and Singapore, with the goal of becoming one of the top 20 active members of the above events (shortlisted nomination by the organizing committee);
- assisting the company in becoming a strategic partner of government business support organizations such as Singapore Enterprise in Vietnam.Accountable to the Owner for business outcomes;
- Proposing an organizational structure plan for the company;
- Proposing a strategy for utilizing profits or dealing with losses in business;
- Under the direction of the Owner, recruit, sign labor contracts with employees, and sign service contracts with partners and customers;
- Other rights and obligations are subject to the Legal Representative's responsibility and the labor contract signed with the company.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or information technology is required.
- English proficiency equivalent to native speakers or IELTS 8.5 or higher, as well as knowledge of North American business culture, especially that of Canada and Asian countries.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Canada or Singapore is required. Has worked in trade promotion organizations in Canada and Singapore, and has been a member of the Canadian Entrepreneurs Association for at least two years.
- Capability to design, plan, and operate a system; train staff; lead a team; and be accountable for improving skills, experience, and the transfer of information technical processes and standards. Team members should seek advice. The President/General Director is both a representative of the company's brand and reputation, as well as the person who lays the groundwork for the future development of the information and communication technology business.
