Job type: Full-time, office hours 7:15- 16:00, Monday to Saturday.
Responsible for purchasing for the hospital system of the group according to internal procedures:
- Build and develop a supplier system to ensure the provision of goods and services effectively, friendly and economically.
- Measure and manage supplier evaluation information and market price surveys.
- Provide information and advice to select and determine the need to purchase goods and services that are suitable for the common goals of hospitals.
- Receive internal requests, plan and carry out tasks to purchase medical machinery, equipment, raw materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals in the form of quotations, bids, bidding... with the correct quality, quantity, and at the right time.
- Responsible for negotiation, mediation, complaints during the purchasing process, contract signing, acceptance and liquidation.
- Comply with the purchasing procedures and instructions of the State and hospital.
