- Preparation and cleaning of treatment room area:
- Cleaning chairs and machines: Before and after each treatment.
- Turn on X-ray machine, computer, steam machine, vacuum machine every day.
- Check, lubricate the handpiece and operate the machine every morning.
- Confirm the appointment schedule for the day and check the schedule for the next day and week: Prepare tools - materials, jaw model, Lab model, Invisalign tray, Lab form for the doctor (if any).
- Get treatment records from reception (to know what treatments were done the previous day and what is happening this time).
- Prepare tools and materials before the patient gets on the treatment chair.
- Replenish tools and materials per chair for each shift. (as per form)
- Check tools and materials daily.
- Make a list of tools and materials that are out of stock and report for purchase before the 15th and 25th of each month.
- Check and charge cathode rays and other battery operated devices daily.
- Support doctors in patient treatment:
- Receive patients from reception.
- Guide the patient to the chair (Adjust to the most comfortable position for the patient and effective for the doctor)
- Instruct patients on oral hygiene before examination.
- Prepare the patient mentally: greet and chat with the patient to reduce anxiety (do not discuss professional issues during the conversation).
- Arrange and clean the doctor's tools and tray while working on the patient.
- Care and attention to patients during treatment.

-Check Labo samples before and after the end of the shift then hand over the samples to the Receptionist.

-Cleaning the treatment room at the end of the day:
- Turn off all equipment before leaving (steam engine, dental chair, air conditioner, computer...)
- Observe and pay attention to damage in the company and within the scope of work, notify the person in charge for quick repair.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and take responsibility for any mistakes you make.
- Comply with the regulations of the Dental Office.

-Other tasks: Coordinate well with other departments to handle unexpected situations, perform other tasks as required by superiors.
