Job Description

Manage a team of sales staff to achieve growth and revenue targets set out in each period.
Design and implement a strategic business plan, expand the company's customer base and improve brand awareness.
Participating in the recruitment, goal setting, training, and performance monitoring of sales staff.
Plan and chair weekly meetings with sales teams.
Resolving problems and complaints from customers related to sales and service.
Connect corporate headquarters with customers and salespeople in the field.
Work and understand the needs and tastes of customers to build and develop long-term relationships with customers.
Monitor sales team data and report to sales manager.
Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports; Provide realistic forecasts to the sales manager.
Analyze business results and develop plans to improve performance.
Identify emerging markets and market changes while being fully aware of new products and current competitive situation.
