_Deputy Sales Department is an advisor to the sales manager and advises and supports the department head on strategies, business plans and major customer contact duties.
-Manage sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals
-Defining and implementing business strategies to help expand customers and ensure business coverage
-Responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff
-Build and develop strong long-term customer relationships
-Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales
-Report on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts before management
