- Participating in planning, giving strategic advice to the General Director on building the company's development plan; Monitoring and supervising the implementation of the business plan, ensuring the achievement of the set goals.
- Managing, operating and giving development orientation of the Investment - Project Department; manage ongoing projects and seek investment opportunities in new projects.
- Allocate work, arrange tasks of Investment - Project department to use human resources effectively; Training and capacity building of staff.
- Coordinate and advise with relevant departments, propose ideas in business orientation, implementation schedule to ensure the project is implemented in accordance with the investment orientation of the company.
- Collect information, research and analyze the real estate market situation: products, projects, market information ... to identify risks and seize investment opportunities.
- Understand the legal procedures for project investment from investment preparation, construction preparation, construction, and project completion.
- Report work regularly according to the monthly/quarterly progress or irregularly during the project implementation for the General Director and the Board of Directors for timely direction.
