Job Description

Order promotion, negotiation, contract negotiation with suppliers;
Follow up the contract performance until the goods are cleared;
Handling problems arising from goods that do not meet the order requirements;
Follow up debts incurred with partners;
Translating documents related to goods;
Management of input information of goods;
Monitor and update documents, decrees and tax schedules related to import and export activities;
Check the suitability of the customs clearance documents, make import documents (Customs declaration, Contract, Packing list, Invoice, C/O, B/L,...);
Contact suppliers, shipping lines to schedule transportation and arrange according to the progress of the delivery work;
Searching for new products and suppliers under the direction of superiors.
